Return & Replacement Policy:


At ModestGlowMart, we take pride in delivering products of the highest quality, and it’s a rare occurrence for our customers to receive anything less than a perfect purchase. However, we understand that situations may arise where our products do not meet your expectations or unforeseen circumstances occur. To further strengthen the bond of trust between our customers and ModestGlowMart, we offer the option to return products in the event of damages or design mistakes.

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it as long as it meets the following criteria:

  • The return request is made within 03 days from the delivery date.
  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.
  • If the item came with a free promotional item, the free item must also be returned.
  • Refund/replacement for products is subject to inspection and checking by the ModestGlowMart team.
  • Replacement is contingent upon the availability of stock with the supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
  • Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

Reasons for Returns & Replacement:


  • Product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • Size Mismatch for Clothing:
    • (Please be noted that this policy will only be activated if we send you clothing that mismatches the size mentioned in the invoice. If the invoice and delivered item’s size match, we will not reconsider a refund at any cost.)
  • Color Mismatch for Clothing.
  • Wrongly Printed Clothing:
    • (Front/Back design mismatch, wrong design, wrong placement of design)
  • Wrong Product Sent.

How to Return:

Contact the ModestGlowMart Customer Care team by emailing support@modestglowmart.com within 03 days after receiving your order.

Once we pick up or receive your return, we will conduct a quality check of the product at our end. If the reason for return is valid, we will either replace the product with a new one or proceed with the refund process.

Refund Policy:


Upon completing the evaluation of your return, the refund process will commence. Please note the following details regarding our refund policy:

  • Product Availability: Replacement is contingent upon the availability of stock with our Supplier. If the desired product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund without any additional queries.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Kindly be aware that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and shipping charges are non-refundable. These charges will not be included in the refunded value of your order.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For orders placed using Cash on Delivery, as no payment was made during the order placement, there is no amount to refund.
  • Refund Process for Electronic Payments: If you made payments using Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer, the refund will be processed back to the respective mode of payment.
  • Payment Errors: In the event of a technical error leading to an additional online payment, a refund will be initiated for the extra payment.
  • Refund Timeline: Anticipate the refund to reflect in your account within 7-10 working days. If, for any reason, the refund is delayed beyond this period, please contact us at support@modestglowmart.com, and we will promptly investigate and assist you.
